Hand Flappers Guitar Player Hand Exercise

The Hand Flappers Guitar Player Hand Exercise is a great exercise to warm up, loosen, and prepare  the muscles in the wrist joint.  It also stretches the muscles in the back and front of the wrist and the tendons on the top of the hand.  Perform this exercise before practice to help reduce injury to the wrist.  Move slowly to ensure a good stretch and reduce the risk of injury.  You can download a free, printable .pdf for this exercise here: Hand-Flappers-Guitar-Player-Hand-Exercise.pdf or right click and save the image below.
